Waste Activated Carbon Regeneration Furnace
The activated furnace produced by Zhengzhou Hengju Machinery is a machine that continuously carbonizes and activate raw materials such as coconut shell, nut shell, hard wood, coal, etc.
The charcoal enters the activation furnace through the screw conveyor, and passes through the high temperature of about 900-1000℃ inside the activation furnace again. At the same time, the high temperature steam input from the steam boiler is used as the activator to continuously impact the charcoal and open the adsorption pores on the surface of the charcoal, so that the charcoal's iodine value increases and turns into high-quality activated carbon. The activated carbon produced by this standard operation is called gold carbon. It is the activated carbon with the best quality and the highest price in the activated carbon.
Raw material coal, coconut shells, nut shells, hard wood, etc. can all be used to produce activated charcoal. the following shows the different activated charcoal from different raw material for your reference.
